Cour du Dragon, Eugene Atget 1913
 If you have been around me in the last 14 months, I have been going Atget crazy.  These pictures have served as template for my new work as I try to build and arrange space in my photographs.  I have tried to spend time with these pictures, both actively looking and “spacing out” in front of them.  It’s easy to get caught up in only “NEW” photographers but these pictures are the basis for almost everything since.  Check out the flickr set that the George Eastman House has on-line.
